20 years of experience in a labour market
We have been active in the labour and digital technology market for more than 20 years. During this period, we have been gaining experience in many companies including international corporations, smaller companies or governmental ones. In 2014,
we have started a new journey that makes more sense for us in terms of what we do, how we do it and for whom.
We connect
That´s what we do well and what we are helpful with. We don´t do our work thoughtlessly, but we want to connect things that belong together. We apply these ideas in recruitment as well: a lot of emphasis is put on the candidate fitting into the company from both professional and human perspective. We want him to find his place in a new company not just professionally but also as a human being. The bond which arises by this connection may become a long-term relationship
We have connected our experience in setting up and management of internal processes (mostly in the area of HR and document management) with possibilities in the field of technological support of these processes. And so, at a time when it was not yet a modern marketing connection, our journey of HR digitalization support commenced.
In 2019 we set up a new identity of our company. We chose linkté as its name and a dragonfly as a logo. It was an important step for us, through which we want to show what work style and attitude to our clients we prefer.
Dragonfly, which is the main motive of our logo, symbolizes balance of two worlds,
which we interconnect in our work. We are convinced that achieving the balance
between human potential and right usage of digital world will lead
to successful business and satisfaction of our clients.
