We are a team of digital, HR information systems enthusiasts and we are looking for a skilled, reliable, right-brained (and well-loaded 😉) colleague who wants to become an expert in top HR IS.


We are looking for a new linkté colleague to work on projects for clients under the guidance of experienced business analysts and solution consultants.

Job description

  • Execution of implementation projects and configuration services according to clients' needs

  • Supporting users in resolving technical issues

  • Suggestions for making work with HR systems more efficient

  • Setting up functionalities, communication with users

  • Training of client-side administrators


What do we expect?

  • Good understanding of HR processes and systems

  • Project coordination experience

  • Good analytical skills and relationship with IT

  • Business and analytical thinking

  • Communicative knowledge of English

  • Ability to ask the right questions and verify understanding of customer requirements

  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and a strong interest in learning

  • Preference for working as part of a team, as well as being independent
